Manual de acabadosPráctica Empresarial ( Arquitectura), Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2008Resumen: En la arquitectura y el diseño interior, la consecución de un proyecto de vanguardia solo es posible cuando el diseño va de la mano de una sólida construcción teórica por parte del profesional, que innova a partir de la mezcla entre creatividad y conocimiento. Para ello es necesario un contacto permanente con las últimas tendencias en decoración de interiores y los conceptos mas avanzados en diseño. Así mismo tenemos que anotar en este punto la relación tan estrecha que debe existir entre los diferentes ámbitos del arte de donde se vela por un mismo objetivo como lo ese la estética la apariencia y la búsqueda de la belleza. En La fase de acabados se encuentran diferentes estilos, colores, texturas y diseños de enchapes, carpinterías, aparatos sanitarios, cubiertas… que se utilizan con el fin de proporcionar un nivel adecuado de habitabilidad y confort, permitiendo así dar a cada espacio su identidad y otorgando una lectura de unidad al proyecto, dando carácter a este respecto a los demás que se encuentran en su entorno. / Abstract: In architecture and interior design, achieving a leading edge project is only possible when the design goes hand in hand with a solid theoretical construction by the professional, from the innovative mix of creativity and knowledge. This requires constant contact with the latest trends in interior decoration and more advanced concepts in design. We also have to note here the very close relationship that should exist between the various branches of art which ensures the same objective as the aesthetic appearance and the search for beauty.
