Dentro del área de estudio, se identifica una problemática de asentamientos informales presente en la ciudad de Villavicencio, más específicamente en el barrio Venecia perteneciente a la Comuna 2 cercana al caño Maizaro, lo cual está afectando el ordenamiento territorial y la seguridad de las personas pertenecientes a este barrio; para lo que se plantea dar solución por medio de estrategias de planeación de la ciudad en lo referente al modelo de vivienda, proponiendo un plan de reubicación de estas viviendas incluyendo en su diseño arquitectónico , la construcción sostenible. Abstract: Within the Llanos Orientales region, Villavicencio is considered as a strategic point for the development of sustainable construction within the house, to provide better constructive alternatives in an environmentally friendly way, which in turn optimize resources such as water and energy, and can be a reference for other cities belonging to this region.
