Thisarticle is an initial proposal of how to understand the timeevolution of the adolescent encounter with the implicationsof their sexuality, their body, their language and the differentwaivers they must live with for entering the social bond.Finally, this signifi cant moment of adolescence is articulatedwith the entrance to the culture and the implications it hastowards the encounters and/or dis-encounters with the law.Este artículo hace parte de las reflexiones académicas que los autores han venido realizando respecto a los diferentes avatares que se pueden presentar en la constitución psíquica de los sujetos adolescentes. El artículo realiza una propuesta inicial de cómo entender el momento del devenir adolescente con las implicaciones del encuentro con su sexualidad, el cuerpo, el lenguaje y las diferentes renuncias que debe vivir para insertarse en el lazo social.
