La organización cuenta con un área de sistemas establecida pero no bien estructurada para brindar mantenimiento a sus equipos y soporte al sistema de ventas llamado FARGOZ. El área de sistemas tiene problemas como la falta de procesos estandarizados, equipos de cómputo antiguos, los usuarios no utilizan la plataforma GLPI (software de gestión de servicios basado en tecnologías de código abierto) para reportar los problemas de soporte y fallas del sistema utilizado en la organización. Por lo tanto, el practicante le corresponde ayudar al área de soporte y mantenimiento mediante formatos de planificación creados por él mismo, realización de inventarios y planificación de tareas con el fin de ayudar en la estructuración del área de sistemas y mejorar sus procesos de gestión. La práctica permitirá la estructuración del área de sistemas con tareas establecidas y estandarizadas que ayudarán a mejorar los procesos en la organización. ABSTRACT: The student practice is carried out in the company Emprender SA Supermercado Viejo París - Distribuciones Arriero) which has 4 offices in the city of Pereira and one in Viterbo. The organization has an established but not well-structured systems area to provide maintenance to its teams and support the sales system called FARGOZ. The area of systems has problems such as the lack of standardized processes, old computer equipment, users do not use the GLPI platform (service management software based on open-source technologies) to report support issues and system failures used in the organization. Therefore, the practitioner is responsible for helping the support and maintenance area through planning formats created by himself, Inventories, and task planning to help structure the systems area and improve its management processes. The practice will allow the solid structuring of the systems area with established and standardized tasks that will help improve processes in the organization.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
