Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2010Dentro de este texto se plasma un proceso de estudio y diseño de urbanismo como también el esquema de un prototipo de vivienda apropiado para la ZAVA (zona de amenaza volcánica alta) en Pasto. Este ejercicio académico adquiere como objetivo fundamental, proponer nuevas formas de habitar el territorio, logrando esto, mediante la convocatoria al concurso CONVIVE, evento que busca reunir las facultades de arquitecturas alrededor de una problemática actual del país “el definís de vivienda”. El ejercicio de diseño urbano y arquitectónico que en el siguiente texto se propone, adquiere, mediante el ambiente académico un nivel optimo, sustentado en la metodología de recolección de información, análisis y formulación de propuestas que lograron la depuración de los proyectos. Permitiendo alcanzar progresos significativos en el ámbito de la vivienda. Generando directrices capaces de establecer un nuevo panorama para las comunidades a reasentar. Sin desconocer en ningún momento a los moradores, sus tradiciones, costumbres y arraigo por su tierra. Generando como resultado una propuesta de habitad digno, respetuoso de lo que en la actualidad existe en el territorio y en particular el estilo de vida que llevan sus habitantes./ Abstract: This text lays on a process of urban planning and design as well as the outline of a prototype appropriate for housing in the ZAVA area (high volcanic hazard area) in Pasto. This academic exercise takes as its main goal to propose new ways of inhabiting the territory, achieving this, by convening the CONVIVE contest, an event that seeks to bring together the architecture faculties to work around a country's current problems "the lack of housing”. The exercise of urban and architectural design in the following text is proposed, acquires, through an optimal academic environment, based upon the methodology of data collection, analysis and formulation of proposals that achieved the excellent outcome of the projects and made a significant progress in the field of housing generating guidelines capable of establishing a new setting for the communities to resettle without denying in any time to the inhabitants, their traditions, customs and attachment to their land.
