Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2019El proyecto multimedia ‘El Alma de Guerrero’ muestra las realidades que viven actualmente los campesinos del Complejo del Páramo de Guerrero, ubicado en Cundinamarca sobre los 3000 y 3800 m.s.n.m, de más de 40.000 ha y 4.000 habitantes, paramunos que durante décadas han habitado la alta montaña y ejercido actividades ganaderas con el ordeño de vacas, agrícolas con el cultivo de papa y otros vegetales, y mineras, con la extracción de carbón, gravilla, entre otros minerales. Estas actividades les permiten a los habitantes de páramos conseguir el sustento diario para ellos y sus familias. Sin embargo, con la expedición de la Ley 1930 de 2018 que brinda una gestión integral en los páramos de Colombia, para ellos ya no es claro su permanencia en estos ecosistemas o su manera de generar ingresos dentro del mismo, pues la mayoría desconoce la aplicación de esta norma y no se les tuvo en cuenta al momento de las delimitaciones de páramos o la elaboración de la ley mencionada.The multimedia project 'El Alma de Guerrero' shows the realities currently lived by the peasants of the Páramo de Guerrero Complex, an ecosystem that is located in Cundinamarca over 3000 and 3800 meters above sea level, with more than 40,000 hectares and 4,000 inhabitants, paramoos that For decades they have inhabited the high mountains and exercised livestock activities with the milking of cows, agricultural with the cultivation of potatoes and other vegetables, and mining, with the extraction of coal, gravel, among other minerals. These activities allow the inhabitants of the moors to get daily support for themselves and their families.
