Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, Pereira, 2009En este trabajo de investigación se busca resolver un problema sobre la empresa, en el caso de Mayoritaria Velher se realizó un análisis que llevo a obtener como resultado lo necesario que se hace la elaboración de manual de funciones el cual le permitirá a la empresa estandarizar sus procesos y alivianar las cargas, al iniciar el trabajo se hizo el levantamiento de los procesos relevantes de la empresa que no sufren cambios constantes, fue un proceso que permitió encontrar cosas interesantes acerca de la empresa mostrando paso a paso su manera de proceder según el respectivo departamento. /Abstract: In this work of investigation(research) one seeks to solve a problem on the company, in case of Majority Velher an analysis was realized that I lead to obtaining like proved the necessary thing that does to itself the production(elaboration) of manual of functions which will allow him(her) the company to standardize his(her,your) processes and alivianar the loads(charges), on having initiated the work there was done the raising of the relevant processes of the company that do not suffer constant changes, was a process that allowed to find interesting things it(he,she) brings over of the company showing stepwise his(her,your) way of proceeding according to the respective department.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
