El tema que se desarrolla en el documento presente es el proceso de un proyecto de investigación que se centra en el desarrollo de un software de gestión para el spa Beauty & Love, enfocado en mejorar la administración de clientes, profesionales, servicios de estética y pedidos de productos. En el proceso de investigación, se ha evidenciado la necesidad de modernizar los procesos que actualmente se realizan de manera manual, los cuales resultan ineficientes y limitan la capacidad del spa para adaptarse al panorama tecnológico y el crecimiento del sector de la belleza. El problema principal radica en la falta de una solución digital adecuada, lo que genera ineficiencias operativas y afecta la experiencia del cliente. El software propuesto permitirá la programación de citas, la gestión de horarios, la gestión de pedidos de productos y ofrecerá a los clientes una plataforma digital para realizar sus citas o pedidos. La implementación de este software se justifica por su capacidad de mejorar la calidad del servicio, optimizar la gestión del tiempo y aumentar la satisfacción del cliente, además de contribuir al conocimiento sobre la gestión digital en la industria del bienestar y la estética. Así mismo y para aclarar, el proyecto no cuenta con pasarelas de pago ni gestión de productos específicamente, solo se centra en la realización de los pedidos y la visualización del catálogo virtual. |

The research process revealed a need to modernize the currently manual processes, which are inefficient and limit the spa's ability to adapt to the technological landscape and the growth of the beauty sector. The main problem lies in the lack of an adequate digital solution, which generates operational inefficiencies and affects the customer experience. The proposed software will allow for appointment scheduling, schedule management, product order management, and will offer customers a digital platform to place their appointments or orders. The implementation of this software is justified by its ability to improve service quality, optimize time management, and increase customer satisfaction, in addition to contributing to the knowledge of digital management in the wellness and aesthetics industry.
