If one of the objectivesof development is to achieve the freedom of people in the areas that it considersrelevant to your life, then state policies must be linked to the concept of integralhuman development in order to improve the quality of life, this reflectionmotive this qualitative research, through analysis yielded information on theperception that are 5 families in San Isidro village, about human developmentand the issues that they consider important to improve their quality of life.
