Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, Pereira, 2011El trabajo presentado a continuación es sobre la administración del capital de trabajo neto operativo, por lo que se abordaron aspectos teóricos sobre este, y sobre las cuentas que lo conforman, que son inventario, cuentas por cobrar y cuentas por pagar a proveedores. Para la realización de este se tomó información de los estados financieros de los primeros 3 meses del 2011 de premier Cleaning and Painting y con base a estos se analizaron índices que permitieron observar la gestión de las cuentas que hacen parte de KTNO, para así generar propuestas que contribuyen al mejoramiento continuo de la organización. /Abstract: The Project presented below is about net operating working capital in business; for that reason was necessary to talk about the three principal accounts that are part of it, which are supplies, accounts payable. To achieve this, the information was analyzed from the financial statement of the first three months in 2011; it allows to find the way the management controls the operations under the net working capital, this was necessary to propose strategies that helps the continuous improvement of the business.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
