Abarcando lo general del centro histórico enfocándose en lo particular de los centros seleccionados (Libertad, Bolívar, Lago, Olaya, Gaitán, Victoria, Cementerio). brindando unas potencialidades y fortalezas que llevan a un planteamiento de conformación de ciudad en sus diferentes factores como desarrollando bajo una visión de sistema conjunto de proyectos que interactúen para el desarrollo de ciudad conformando un gran sistema urbano, que arroja un proyecto arquitectónico incorporado a el planteamiento urbano, respondiendo y solucionando las problemáticas encontrada en el entorno. Abstract: The present document exposes the process developed in the optional one behind a revisited center, in which the methodology that determines "what there is" in the city was used, creating some variables covering the established aspects to analyze how they are: activities, property evolution, aerial photographs, genealogy, model, modeling the norm, three-dimensional model. Encompassing the general historical center focusing on the particular of the selected centers (Libertad, Bolívar, Lago, Olaya, Gaitán, Victoria, Cemetery). providing potential and strengths that lead to an approach to shaping the city in its different factors, such as developing under a vision of a joint system of projects that interact for the development of a city, forming a large urban system, which yields an architectural project incorporated into the approach urban, responding and solving the problems found in the environment.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
