Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2015La vivienda se crea para la satisfacción de personas de bajos recursos, por lo cual es necesario que se tenga en cuenta la materialidad y la forma de construcción de esta vivienda, para la parte estructural se implemente el sistema aporticado, el cual la misma persona que habite la vivienda tenga la manera de armarla por sus propios medios. Igualmente la estructura está creada en madera, y de forma que se pueda modificar su posición dependiendo de las funciones que se necesiten en la vivienda y en los espacios que se requieran, para eso los paneles están creados con una medida estándar para la fácil ampliación de la vivienda si así se requiere. El sistema constructivo se basa en paneles en guadua laminada, que esta modulado de tal forma que encajen perfectamente entre columna y columna. / Abstract: The house is created to satisfy low-income people, so it is necessary to take into account the materiality and form of construction of this housing structural part for the frame system is implemented, which the same person dwell housing has a way to put it together on their own.
