Se analizan las dinámicas sociales del barrio El Rocío Bajo a partir del reconocimiento de los grupos poblacionales, determinando estrategias para entender sus costumbres y formas de habitar el territorio, de esta forma se obtiene la información necesaria para plantear una propuesta urbanística y de vivienda emergente en búsqueda de dar una solución temporal que aleje a las personas de este riesgo inminente y pueda generar más garantías de seguridad y dignidad a los habitantes del Rocío Bajo. Abstract: The context of the neighborhood and the problems that have historically led to informal settlement around the river are studied, in an area of risk that cannot be mitigated by flooding, which has generated environmental and social problems, which put the people who live there at great risk. . The social dynamics of the El Rocío Bajo neighborhood are analyzed based on the recognition of the population groups, determining strategies to understand their customs and ways of inhabiting the territory, in this way the necessary information is obtained to propose an urban and emerging housing proposal in seeking to provide a temporary solution that removes people from this imminent risk and can generate more guarantees of safety and dignity for the inhabitants of Rocío Bajo.
