Secondly, aparallel is established with the financing offers that the Banco SantanderColombia S.A. provides. Finally, it is highlighted the importance that has thesealternatives have for companies, in the procurement of resources, in order toachieve their financial objectives.Este artículo busca evidenciar la relación que existe entre los productos de financiamiento que ofrece una entidad financiera y lo que plantean algunos autores, respecto a las decisiones de financiación y las fuentes externas e internas que la empresa puede utilizar. En primer lugar, se elabora un abordaje conceptual respecto al sistema financiero colombiano, las decisiones financieras y las fuentes de financiamiento; en segundo lugar, se establece un paralelo con las ofertas de financiamiento que brinda el Banco Santander Colombia S.A. Finalmente, se destaca la importancia que tienen estas alternativas en la consecución de recursos por parte de las empresas, para el logro de sus objetivos financieros.
