Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2021La presente indagación nace de la necesidad colectiva como periodistas de contar las alternativas que los actores sociales (hacedores, portadores y artistas) tuvieron frente al Carnaval de Barranquilla 2021 y cómo estos asumieron una problemática de salud pública que transformó la experiencia tradicional en una experiencia virtual y mostrar cuáles son los cambios y la reinvención que tuvo dicho carnaval. Además tiene como propósito de ser un archivo de memoria que aporte a la tradición e historia, ya que a través de la plataforma digital, Cipote Carnaval, se logró mostrar la transformación del carnaval en los diferentes actores sociales por medio de crónicas, reportajes, videos, fotografías, cápsulas sonoras y una novela gráfica, formatos que permiten revivir el carnaval que no fue o, por lo menos, no se vivió de la manera en la que todos los barranquilleros esperaban. Es por esta razón que se pretende dejar como legado una plataforma multimedia en la que se podrá ver reflejado la adaptación que tuvo el Carnaval de Barranquilla 2021, gracias al arduo trabajo por parte de los actores sociales para preservarlo, teniendo presente las situaciones a la que los obliga la emergencia sanitaria de la Covid-19. The present inquiry is born of the collective need as journalists to tell the alternatives that social actors (makers, carriers and artists) faced the Barranquilla Carnival 2021 and how these assumed a public health problem that transformed the traditional experience into a virtual experience and show what are the changes and reinvention that had said carnival. It is also intended to be a memory archive that contributes to tradition and history, since through the digital platform, Cipote Carnaval, it was possible to show the transformation of the carnival in the different social actors through chronicles, reports, videos, photographs, podcast, graphic novel and writings, formats that allow reviving the carnival that was not or, at least, was not lived in the way that all barranquilleros expected. It is for this reason that it is intended to leave as legacy a multimedia platform in which you can see reflected the adaptation that had the Barranquilla Carnival 2021, thanks to the hard work on the part of social actors to preserve it, bearing in mind the situations to which they are obliged by the health emergency of the Covid-19.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
