It proposes a pedagogical toolthat complements traditional teaching methodology currentlyused in the classrooms of Colombian Universities, applyingthe methodology proposed by GEIO’s researching group forthe course called Engineering of Methods for the IndustrialEngineering Faculty at Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira. Itdevelops qualitative analysis tools such as Grounded Theory inorder to interpret the results of this studySi oigo, olvido; si veo, recuerdo; si hago,  aprendo (Proverbio Chino). Este artículo presenta una  dinámica en el salón de clase desde la perspectiva de la lúdica  como micromundo y su aporte a la construcción social del conocimiento y el aprendizaje del estudiante. Propone una  herramienta pedagógica que complementa la metodología  tradicional de enseñanza utilizada en la actualidad en las aulas de clase de las universidades colombianas, aplicando la  metodología propuesta por el grupo GEIO para la asignatura  Ingeniería de Métodos de la Facultad de Ingeniería Industrial de la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira.
