El proyecto puntual se centra específicamente en el centro PARQUE GAITÁN, localizado entre las carreras 4 y 4b, y las calles 24 a 26, en el cual, mediante la realización de un análisis, se identificaron diferentes características que arrojaron diferentes preguntas: ¿Cuáles son los límites del Parque?, ¿Qué tipos de usos complementarios necesitan los equipamientos?, ¿Cómo ocupar el parque?, Resolver estas preguntas darán las pautas para resolver las problemáticas principales del sitio, aplicando lo aprendido en la academia. Abstract: The present work accounts for a city project developed in the Atlas Optical of a Revised Center, part of the hypothesis of an "expanded center", where it is in the middle of the density of the center of Pereira (Risaralda), we find seven centers. The specific project focuses specifically on the GAITÁN PARK center, located between runs 4 and 4b, and streets 24 to 26, in which, by conducting an analysis, different characteristics are identified that gave rise to different questions: how are they The limits of the Park, what types of complementary uses do we need the equipment, how to occupy the park?
