En el presente artículo se documenta la experiencia de la empresa Integra S.A. y su proceso de tercerización de mantenimiento de llantas y lavado de vehículos. Las repercusiones que ese proceso costos de operación por la flexibilidad en su operación, la velocidad que se logra en los servicios, los ahorros de tiempo; que se traducen en rentabilidad.
