Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2017La cuenca del Río Otún presenta un importante escenario natural y es la principal fuente de recursos hídricos de la región. Gran cantidad de visitantes diariamente pasan por este territorio y como consecuencia, se viene deteriorando el bienestar del ecosistema. Como herramienta de comunicación masiva, se utiliza un aplicativo móvil junto con el design thinking, para generar un puente de información para los visitantes, permitiendo comunicar información tanto turística, como de los cuidados y precauciones que se deben tener con el entorno natural bajo una responsabilidad ambiental. / Abstract: The Otún River basin is an important natural scenary and is the main source of water resources in the region. A lot of visitors daily pass through this territory and as a result, the welfare of the ecosystem is deteriorating. As a tool of mass communication, a mobile application is used together with design thinking, to generate a bridge of information for visitors, allowing to communicate touristic information and the care and precautions that must be taken with the natural environment under an environmental responsibility.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
