Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2010El problema central de esta investigación, consiste en determinar si son los parques Uribe Uribe y La Libertad de la ciudad de Pereira, escenarios de miedo fortalecidos por la representación que de ellos hacen los diarios locales, sus lectores y aquellos sujetos que realizan su vida social y económica en las zonas de estudio. La importancia entonces del presente trabajo, radica en desarrollar un análisis etnográfico de los discursos construidos entorno al tema –el miedo-, con el fin de facilitar un mejor entendimiento de los parques de la ciudad y las posibles variables que intervienen en el ingreso o en la evasión a dichos lugares, considerados patrimonio histórico y cultural de la ciudad de Pereira. Los resultados, son propuestos desde una perspectiva de análisis que proporcionó elementos y generalidades de cada zona, las cuales, una vez identificadas permitieron la construcción de un análisis más profundo, basados en los hallazgos encontrados y en las apreciaciones de diferentes autores como Soledad Niño, Rossana Reguillo, Jesús Martín Barbero, Teun Van Dijk, entre otros. Ello, con el fin de entender el significado implícito de la trama comunicativa y los discursos que teje la ciudad entorno al miedo hacia los parques Uribe Uribe y La Libertad de la ciudad de Pereira. En este sentido, las herramientas utilizadas para conocer los sentidos y nociones de ciudad que se crean sobre el tema, tales como diario de campo, entrevistas, fotografías y datos oficiales sobre delitos en los parques, permitieron hacer un consenso de la investigación y establecer que la información aquí explícita y suministrada es verás. The central problem of this research consists in determining whether the Uribe Uribe and La Libertad parks in the city of Pereira are fear scenarios strengthened by the representation of them by local newspapers, their readers and those subjects who carry out their social life and economical in the study areas. The importance of the present work, then, lies in developing an ethnographic analysis of the discourses built around the subject -the fear-, in order to facilitate a better understanding of the city parks and the possible variables that intervene in the income or in the escape to these places, considered historical and cultural heritage of the city of Pereira. The results are proposed from an analysis perspective that provided elements and generalities of each area, which, once identified, allowed the construction of a more in-depth analysis, based on the findings found and on the appreciations of different authors such as Soledad Niño, Rossana Reguillo, Jesús Martín Barbero, Teun Van Dijk, among others. This, in order to understand the implicit meaning of the communicative plot and the discourses that the city weaves around the fear of the Uribe Uribe and La Libertad parks of the city of Pereira. In this sense, the tools used to know the senses and notions of the city that are created on the subject, such as a field diary, interviews, photographs and official data on crimes in parks, allowed to make a consensus of the investigation and establish that the information here explicit and provided is you will see.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
