La presente monografía da cuenta del proceso realizado en el análisis y la elaboración del documento técnico de diagnóstico en el Municipio de Pereira durante la optativa I 2020-2 son la base para el desarrollo de una red de equipamientos colectivos estratégicos de impacto Regional. Es así como el Pabellón de Combates se ubica en la zona Occidente de la ciudad en corregimiento de Cerritos, ya que establece los criterios para justificar el carácter de este equipamiento y su necesidad en el territorio. El área de emplazamiento ubicado en Esperanza Galicia/Cerritos está delimitada por vías de acceso importantes para la ciudad, además de los factores ambientales y paisajísticos de la zona que proporcionan herramientas para realizar una clara vinculación con la comunidad y su entorno. Finalmente se proyecta la edificación como un ambiente de ecosistemas lúdicos y deportivo con alto índice de confortabilidad y amplias zonas que garanticen el desarrollo óptimo para quien lo visite o partícipe en la práctica de los diferentes deportes. This monograph reports on the process carried out in the analysis and preparation of the technical diagnostic document in the Municipality of Pereira during the elective I 2020-2 are the basis for the development of a network of strategic collective facilities of regional impact. Thus, the Combat Pavilion is located in the western part of the city in the Cerritos district, as it establishes the criteria to justify the nature of this facility and its need in the territory. The site area located in Esperanza Galicia/Cerritos is delimited by important access roads to the city, in addition to the environmental and landscape factors of the area that provide tools for a clear link with the community and its surroundings. Finally, the building is designed as an environment of recreational and sports ecosystems with a high level of comfort and large areas that guarantee optimal development for those who visit or participate in the practice of different sports.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
