Facultad de Ciencias Humanas, Sociales y de la Educación, Pereira, 2010Telecafé es el canal regional del Eje Cafetero, son socios los tres departamentos que hacen parte de este triangulo cafetero, para Telecafé el tema de la identidad regional ha sido quizás para sus directivos y realizadores un tema interminable, pues para ellos como empleados del canal es claro, pero para algunos televidentes es incierto y no lo reflejan en los contenidos del canal. Esta investigación es la evidencia del desencuentro que existe entre los directivos del canal y algunos televidentes que en su mayoría no se sienten satisfechos con su canal regional. Telecafe is the local channel of the region, the 3 departments that conforms the Eje Cafetero are the owners of the channel. There has been an endless and challenging matter for the channel trough all these past years we are talking about the identity of the region. For some workers inside the channel they are sure about the topic, but for some viewers the identity is not clear, and they think that is not reflected in the content of the channel. This investigation is the pure evidence that there is a controversy in relation about the identity of the region between the directives of the channel and its viewers, in which they are not satisfied at all with the channel.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
