Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2015El presente trabajo tuvo como propósito para la investigación en diseñar un dispositivo de sismo resistencia para cubiertas en las viviendas rurales tradicionales cafeteras, con el fin de mitigar el colapso parcial o total en ellas, así mismo contribuya con un sistema sostenible y adquiera nuevas tecnologías en su proceso constructivo. Los resultados mostraron con mayor representatividad el funcionamiento de este dispositivo y a su vez, el diseño de una vivienda cuyas características cumplieran con el objetivo principal de esta investigación. / Abstracft: The following document has the main purpose of investigating the design of a device for earthquake resistance on rural housing roofs of the traditional region “zona cafetera” in the country of Colombia, in order to decrease or stop them from partial or total collapsation, it also contributes as a sustainable system and acquires new technologies during its constructive process.
