De esta forma y para lograr lo planeado, se realizo el levantamiento de la línea base para la empresa Líneas Pereiranas S.A. en donde se identifico la información relacionada con la estructura organizaciónal actual que maneja la empresa. Analizando así cada una de las áreas que la componen y de esta forma, se podrá por medio de los resultados obtenidos tomar decisiones racionales a corto o largo plazo, por parte del gestionador de la idea de negocio, para poder brindar mayor eficiencia en los procesos y actividades que se realizan a diario en cada empresa prestadora de servició público en el AMCO. /Abstract: The Agremiación of the companies of Urban transport Asemtur id the one who furmulated the project of "Implementation of the Tics in the coffee axis center the West", with the aim or intention to integrate the urban collective system with the massive system (Megabus). o9f this form and to obtain the glided thing, I am realized the rise of the line bases for the company Lines Pereiranas S.A. where I identify the information related to the present organizational structure that handles the company. Thus analyzing each one of the areas compose that it and of this form to evaluate the ipact that could have the project in each formed into a guild company. Of this form, it will be possible by means of the obtained results to be made rational decisions to short or long term, on the part of the gestionador of the business idea, to be able to offet to major efficiency in the processes and activities that are realized in a daily basis in each lending company on watch I publish in the AMCOUniversidad Católica de Pereira.
