The ethnographic design considered the perspectives of teachers, studentsand parents in a holistic way. It was concluded that the teachers develop the playfulness andpedagogical projects from the normative, and integrate traditional activities of preparation,juxtaposed with others of constructivist intention, as well as the importance of characterizingthe parents in the process.El estudio muestra cómo la normatividad del Ministerio de Educación Nacional en elproceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de la lectoescritura se evidencia en las concepciones yprácticas de las docentes de transición en la institución educativa Sagrado Corazón de Jesús,del Municipio de Filandia, Quindío. El diseño etnográfico consideró las perspectivas de lasdocentes, estudiantes y padres de familia de forma holística.
