Se llevan a cabo las participaciones en varios emplazamientos de América Latina, entre ellos Lima, Perú. El interés del concurso estuvo en desarrollar estrategias para mejorar las condiciones criticas de los efectos naturales y a llevar a cabo acciones detonantes para la totalidad del lugar.
