Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, Pereira, 2015 This paper describes the current state of tourism in the city of Marseille in the department of Risaralda, achieving relate the tourism potential, as are the attractions that sustainability policies applied and finally develop an inventory described tourism and complementary municipal services, given that it is part of the Coffee Cultural Landscape and therefore must meet a set of attributes in which the customs and practices of the coffee community in the municipality of Marseilles are highlighted there is a variety of tourist attractions such as restaurants, eco-hotels, hotels, parks, cultural sites, among others; which are in a good condition to receive tourists, some sites have highlighted the importance of sustainability and conservation policies, on the other hand these tourist sites have good infrastructure and a set load capacity. For this study took into account the main tourist sites, public institutions and owners of coffee farms, semi-structured interviews, document review, and direct observation was performed.La presente investigación describe el estado actual de la oferta turística del municipio de Marsella en el departamento de Risaralda, logrando así relacionar el potencial turístico, como se encuentran los atractivos, que políticas de sostenibilidad aplican y por ultimo desarrollar un inventario en el que se describen los servicios turísticos y complementarios del municipio, teniendo en cuenta que éste hace parte del Paisaje Cultural Cafetero y por tanto debe cumplir con una serie de atributos en los que se resaltan las costumbres y prácticas de la comunidad cafetera, en el municipio de Marsella existe una variedad de atractivos turísticos como lo son: restaurantes, eco-hoteles, hoteles, parques naturales, sitios culturales, entre otros; los cuales se encuentran en un buen estado para recibir a los turistas, algunos sitios resaltan la importancia de tener políticas de sostenibilidad y conservación, por otro lado estos sitios turísticos cuentan con una buena infraestructura y con una capacidad de carga establecida.
