Durante la primera etapa se abordaron temas como políticas de trabajo, conocimiento de la organización, responsabilidades en las áreas de trabajo y normativas a seguir durante el tiempo de práctica. Después se delegaron las tareas a cumplir y en las cuales se baso el trabajo, un diagnostico empresarial detectando debilidades y fortalezas que presenta la empresa fue la primera responsabilidad encargada y con la cual inicio el trabajo de practica en segundo lugar se dispuso el tiempo para generar planes de acción proponiendo programas para que la empresa se consolidara mas en el mercado nacional y buscara la posible exportación de productos, en último lugar se hacen análisis de los temas abordados y se finaliza el trabajo con conclusiones sobre el trabajo escrito y las labores realizadas durante el tiempo de práctica. /Abstract: The work of practice developed in the company Industrias Alimenticias Saint Gallen S.A.S, over 16 weeks is shown in the following document. During the first stage, issues such as workplace policies, knowledge of the organization, responsibilities in the areas of work and rules to follow during practice time were addressed.
