Complejo Habitacional Sostenible y PermeableBioclimáticaBioclimaticConfort térmicoThermal comfortSostenibilidadSustainabilityVivienda urbanaUrban housingMonografía (Programa de arquitectura), Facultad de Arquitectura y diseño, Pereira, 2023.Resumen: En la zona de expansión occidental de Pereira se viene presentando una problema que puede agravarse con el pasar del tiempo si no se toma acción sobre ello en las nuevas construcciones planteadas sobre la zona y es el aumento del efecto isla de calor, efecto que eleva la temperatura de la zona generando inconformidad en los habitantes y creando una necesidad de reducirla por medio de algunos métodos poco sostenibles para el suelo urbano. En un análisis previo que se realizó se concluyó que existía una necesidad de controlar el aumento del efecto isla de calor y así mismo indagar en métodos y estrategias que permitan tener una mejor integración con la bioclimática y la sostenibilidad para poder reducirlo y permitirle a los habitante de la zona vivir en un entorno cómodo y fresco para que la calidad de vida se aplique de la mejor manera posible. ABSTRACT: In the western expansion zone of Pereira there is a problem that may worsen with the passing of time if no action is taken in the new constructions planned in the area, and it is the increase of the heat island effect, an effect that raises the temperature of the area generating dissatisfaction in the inhabitants and creating a need to reduce it by means of some unsustainable methods for the urban land.
