As techniques of data collectionand autobiography interview were used, Also it could be interpreted that wayof being inauthentic and ontological understanding of “Dasein” are emergingin the work unit which the significant influence of family background wasevident in the decision making, the importance of socioeconomic factors tomake their goals and the need to train them in a comprehensive way that meetstheir interests and entrenched in them the autonomy to plan their life project.El artículo realiza un acercamiento a las representaciones sociales sobre desarrollo humano de un grupo de jóvenes de la ciudad de Pereira, y como estas inciden en la construcción de su proyecto de vida. Se emplearon entrevistas y autobiografías, a través de la cuales el modo de ser inauténtico y la comprensión óntica del “Dasein” emergieron como unidad de trabajo.
