It is applied to Sarmiento Park in Córdoba city, Argentina. The methodological strategyresponds to the encounter and integration of two landscape assessment techniques, coming from the work of professionals belonging to different contexts and organizations: The Instituto del Paisaje - Universidad Católica de Córdoba (Argentina) and the Corporación Patrimonio y Paisaje (Chile). Both teams have accomplished practices and landscape studies for more than ten years and their knowledge is strengthened when they are linked. The carried out assessment process allows to develop an experience of citizen participation in direct contact with the urban socio-spatial reality. The procedures and tools used are presented here, together with the obtained results.El artículo expone una experiencia concreta de valoración del paisaje, que se aplica en el Parque Sarmiento de la ciudad de Córdoba, Argentina. La estrategia metodológica desarrollada responde al encuentro e integración de dos técnicas de valoración del paisaje, provenientes del trabajo de profesionales pertenecientes a distintos contextos y organizaciones: el Instituto del Paisaje - Universidad Católica de Córdoba (Argentina) y la Corporación Patrimonio y Paisaje (Chile). Ambos equipos llevan a cabo prácticas y estudios de paisaje durante más de diez años y sus conocimientos se fortalecen cuando están vinculados. La valoración realizada permite desarrollar una experiencia de participación ciudadana en contacto directo con la realidad socio-espacial urbana.
