Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2009La problemática de vivienda interes social viene desde años atrás generándose una problemática de déficit habitacional el cual se ve reflejado de la mejor forma en términos cualitativos y cuantitativos, mirando con esto, no solo la cantidad sino la calidad de vivienda que se construye actualmente, y no alcanza a satisfacer las condiciones mínimas que requiere una persona para habitarla. Este documento busca dar a conocer la intervención de un territorio desde una escala regional, y corregimental, hasta llegar a una escala menor donde se interviene la vivienda suburbana y rural adaptándola de manera que se integre al entorno y continúe con su arraigo cultural, y tradicional. / Abstract: The problem of social interest housing is for years generating a housing shortage problem which is reflected in the best qualitative and quantitative terms, looking to this, not only the quantity but the quality of housing currently under construction, and can not meet the minimum conditions required for a person to live here.
