Con el ánimo de conservar la ruralidad del colegio, se utiliza como material principal la guadua porque es un material propio de la región y sirve como soporte para crear una estructura totalmente independiente a la existente. Abstract: The present paper realizes the proposal of architectural intervention in the educative institution La Floresta located in Apia- Risaralda, on the Floresta sidewalk, where the economic dynamics; the student population; the coverage area which the institution counts with and its structural weaknesses which don't allow the proper development of an educative dynamic as expected according to the educational learning system, were mainly taken into account. With the intention of preserving the rural style of the school, the bamboo, which is a material typical of the region is used as the main material, also it is must useful as a support to create a completely independent structure unlike the existing one.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
