(Ofiarchivo Ltda.) y sus necesidades o falencias a través del tiempo, obteniendo como resultado la identificación de su actual necesidad como empresa que maneja el diseño y amoblamiento de oficinas. Su fuerte es la división de estos espacios con paneles modulares. Buscando la satisfacción de sus clientes complementa su servicio con la implementación de obras civiles; específicamente usando el sistema constructivo en seco que es el tema central del proyecto .este sistema para la empresa es la manera mas rápida, económica, limpia y segura de realizar sus obras. Con el desarrollo del trabajo se le brinda al lector información necesaria para dar un manejo adecuado del material y tener control sobre los instaladores del mismo. Contiene detalles constructivos, elementos que lo componen y elementos que le brindan propiedades adicionales. También contiene tablas que especifican el consumo del material por metro cuadrado y sus costos. En conclusión es un soporte con la información básica para que cualquier persona pueda comprender y manejar rápidamente el sistema constructivo en seco. / Abstract: This project compiles a brief analysis of the company Ofiarchivos Ltda.’s needs or failures throughout time, identifying the actual needs it has as a company that handles designs and manufactures office furniture. Ofiarchivos’ strength is the division of these spaces (offices) with modular panels. Looking for the satisfaction of it’s clients, the company complements the services it offers with the implementation of civil works using the dry construction system which is the central topic of this project. This system is the most rapid, economic, clean and sure way for the company to realize the works needed. With the development of this project I offer the reader the necessary information to have the right handling of the materials and to have complete control of the same one. The project contains; construction details, elements that compose it, and elements that bring additional properties to it. The project also contains tables that specify the consumption of the materials by square meter and the proper cost. In conclusion this project is a support with the basic information necessary for any person to comprehend and handle rapidly the dry construction system.Universidad Católica de Pereira. tutor: Arq.
