Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas, Pereira, 2010Este instrumento de trabajo contiene el conjunto de normas y tareas que desarrolla cada empleado de La Rivera Hotel en sus actividades cotidianas y se elabora técnicamente basado en los respectivos procedimientos, sistemas, normas y resume el establecimiento de guías y orientaciones para desarrollar las rutinas o labores habituales sin interferir en las capacidades intelectuales, ni en la autonomía propia e independencia mental o profesional de cada uno de los trabajadores u operarios de una empresa ya que estos podrán tomar las decisiones más acertadas apoyados por las directrices de los superiores y estableciendo con claridad la responsabilidad, las obligaciones que cada uno de los cargos conlleva, sus requisitos, perfiles, incluyendo informes de labores que deben ser elaborados por lo menos anualmente dentro de los cuales se indique cualitativa y cuantitativamente en resumen las labores realizadas en el período, los problemas e inconvenientes y sus respectivas soluciones, tanto los informes como los manuales deberán ser evaluados permanentemente por los respectivos jefes para garantizar un adecuado desarrollo y calidad de la gestión. /Abstract: This work instrument contains the group of norms and tasks that The Rivera's Hotel employee develops in his daily activities and it is elaborated technically based on the respective procedures, systems, norms and it summarizes the establishment of guides and orientations to develop the routines or habitual works without interfering in the intellectual capacities, neither in the own autonomy and mental independence or professional of each one of the workers or operatives of a company since these they will be able to make the guessed right decisions supported by the guidelines of the superiors and settling down with clarity the responsibility, the obligations that each one of the positions bears, his requirements, profiles, including reports of works that they should be elaborated at least annually inside which it is indicated qualitative and quantitatively in summary the works carried out in the period, the problems and inconveniences and his respective solutions, so much the reports as the manuals will be evaluated permanently by the respective bosses to guarantee an appropriate development and quality of the administration.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
