In principle, the article attempts to conceptually clarify the term bioclimatic architecture and demonstrate the different ways that flow from it to provide criteria and strategies for strengthening projective methods, allowing to support reasoned positions in an effort to preserve and recover the good practices of the profession, likewise, aims to be a tool to feed current design practices and in general, adequate resolution of spatial problems in different contexts within the framework of sustainability.La arquitectura bioclimática constituye un magnífico pretexto para mejorar el ejercicio de proyectación arquitectónica contemporánea, más aun comprendiendo que esta nueva práctica no se aleja de los métodos y técnicas tradicionales expuestos en la historia de la arquitectura y luego en el contexto de la teoría moderna.
