Se sabe que el cerebro de personas con TDAH no produce la misma cantidad de dopamina que las personas sin el trastorno. Este artículo pretende recopilar investigaciones sobre las alteraciones neurobiológicas de la dopamina que subyacen a las disfunciones motivacionales y emocionales presentadas por los adultos con TDAH.
