Como objetivo principal se pretende proyectar una respuesta arquitectónica, como parte de la solución de dicha problemática, que permita desde una propuesta de un centro educativo que las personas pueden tomar concientización de que sus tierras son fuertemente fértiles para una alta producción económica. Abstract: The present work is based on investigating the reasons why the people of the municipality of Balboa, La Aurora, today are migrating to the cities because of not finding an economic opportunity and, on the contrary, visualizing economic models in the urban centers. industrialization that allows them a better personal development leaving behind strongly productive territories. The main objective is to project an architectural response, as part of the solution of this problem, which allows from a proposal of an educational center that people can take awareness that their land is highly fertile for high economic production.Universidad Católica de Pereira.
