Under this approach , the network runs a set of actions , hinged together , seek to improve the quality of life of these groups and consolidate the exercise of their rights. Solidarity Network is always ongoing support of the communities most vulnerable in the country , this is your reason for being present in the Municipality of La Celia ( Risaralda ) , a municipality of 10,848 inhabitants , of which 4,483 belong to the urban area and 6,365 belong to the rural area. Within sectoral programs that the Solidarity Network , is the Programme Communication for Social Development , which aims to promote and to promote among communities and their organizations, spaces in which exercise thoughtful dialogue and discussion , through training and support community leaders and organizations. This project aims to then further support on behalf of the Solidarity Network to the community in their processes of communicative development , encouraging participation in programs offered by the Municipal Mayor La Celia and other organized communities interested in social progress and cultural village.La Red de Solidaridad Social es una iniciativa presidencial que convoca a la solidaridad nacional para atender las necesidades apremiantes de los grupos de población más pobres y vulnerables del país y facilitar su participación en los grandes programas sociales. Bajo esta orientación, la Red ejecuta un conjunto de acciones que, articuladas entre sí, buscan mejorar la calidad de vida de estos grupos y consolidar el ejercicio de sus derechos ciudadanos. La Red de Solidaridad está siempre en continuo apoyo de las comunidades más vulnerables del país, ésta es su razón de estar presente en el Municipio de La Celia (Risaralda), un municipio de 10.848 habitantes, de los cuales 4.483 pertenecen a la zona urbana y 6.365 pertenecen a la zona rural. Dentro de los programas sectoriales que adelanta la Red de Solidaridad, se encuentra el Programa de Comunicación Social para el Desarrollo, el cual pretende propiciar y fomentar entre las comunidades y sus organizaciones, espacios en los que se ejercite el diálogo y la discusión reflexiva, a través de capacitaciones y apoyo a líderes y organizaciones comunitarias. Este proyecto tiene entonces como objetivo seguir apoyando en nombre de la Red de Solidaridad a la comunidad en sus procesos de desarrollo comunicativo, fomentando la participación en los programas que brinda la Alcaldía Municipal de La Celia y otras comunidades organizadas interesadas en el progreso social y cultural del municipio.Universidad Católica Popular del Risaralda.
