The challenge, compared to digital technologies is to think of the object as a container of virtual relationships beyond their materiality. Finally in conclusion, there are four analysis filters that show the dematerializationof the object.Ante las condiciones que propone la virtualidad a través de la revolución digital, se hace necesario reflexionar sobre la materialidad del objeto ya que este si bien es pensado desde los limites de la materia, es planteado también como un contenedor de significaciones dadas desde su función simbólica comunicativa, determinando procesos de interacción por interfaces enriquecidas de comunicación y de información entre el objeto mismo, su contexto, el sujeto y las múltiples relaciones posibles. El reto, frente a las tecnologías digitales, es pensar en el objeto como un contenedor de relaciones virtuales más allá de su materialidad.
