Therefore, taking into account that these users are accustomed to use the same web portals to work and to be updated, it would be inappropriate provide them new systems which will be difficult to manage by them. In accordance with the last statement, it was created a useful tool called “content’ managers” (CMS) in order to facilitate the web pages’ handling and surfing to inexperience users.Actualmente, el diseñar e implementar servicios web y portales web requiere de un análisis previo para llevarse a cabo. Por eso, este análisis debe estar basado en las necesidades de los usuarios puesto que estos sistemas se crean para personas como lo son los clientes o administrativos de una empresa. Por tanto, teniendo en cuenta que dichos usuarios están acostumbrados a usar lo que les quede más cómodo y fácil de manejar, no sería apropiado implementar y proveerles un nuevo sistema el cual sería difícil y desconocido para ellos de manipular.
