Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2011Este documento contiene toda la información pertinente sobre los procesos de diseño realizados durante la práctica profesional, compilados en tres proyectos que muestran distintas áreas intervenidas, con cada uno de los aspectos tratados para llegar a las respuestas finales. Los proyectos presentados se enfocaron en el área del diseño grafico, como complemento y apoyo de producto (manuales y fichas técnicas, empaques, imagen empresarial), y un estudio ergonómico en uno de los puestos del proceso comercial interno de la organización. Estos proyectos se plantearon desde necesidades reales de la empresa comercializadora Energitel S.A., que provee productos de telecomunicaciones a partir de marcas propias. /Abstract: This document contains all relevant information about the design processes conducted during professional internship, collected in three projects that show different logged areas, with each of the issues raised to reach the final answers. The submitted projects were focused in the area of graphic design, to complement and support the product (manuals and technical specifications, packaging, corporate image), and an ergonomic study in one of the posts in the internal business process of the organization.
