The other element of the discussion is the relevance of the fact that the concepts formation, human being, culture and shared world would be the ones that propitiate a formation in psychology with a human and scientific perspective.El artículo busca una aproximación conceptual a la Formación, iniciando por una perspectiva histórica que retoma las posturas y pensamientos aportados por Gadamer, como preámbulo para introducir dos elementos transversalizadores de la formación de Psicólogos en el mundo contemporáneo; uno de ellos es la reflexión por un sujeto que significa, re-significa y propone sentidos en y a través de la cultura que habita con el otro. El segundo elemento culminante de la discusión es la relevancia del hecho que los conceptos formación, ser humano, cultura y mundo compartido serían los que propiciarían una formación en psicología con una perspectiva humana al tiempo que científica.
