Is apparent a business dynamic in the amount of newinvestment and reinvestment, translated in more demand of direct workforce.Production chains are identified in the strategic sectors of the RegionalPlan for Competitiveness, with inter-collaborative practices, strengtheninginternational trade scope, the ability to meet volume orders, cooperation topresent innovation projects at different institutions. Pending in CT conduct R& I within companies to co-financing.The lack of support and coordination bythe municipal government and academic institutions is checkedEl artículo describe los principales rasgos de las relaciones entre empresas de Dosquebradas, en torno a las dinámicas de competitividad e innovación y la existencia de mecanismos de desarrollo empresarial en el municipio risaraldense. Es evidente una dinámica empresarial en monto de nueva inversión y reinversión, traducida en mayor demanda de mano de obra directa. Se identifican prácticas colaborativas interempresariales y se trabaja en la posibilidad de atender pedidos en volumen y la cooperación para presentar proyectos de innovación a diferentes instituciones. Está pendiente una conducta en CTI+ I para acceder a fondos de cofinanciación.
