Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2019Este artículo es uno de los resultados de una investigación acerca de la migración de parte de la población rural del corregimiento de Combia, según el censo del DANE del 2005 hacia el casco urbano del municipio de Pereira. La investigación se centra en analizar las dinámicas socio-culturales y económicas para poder identificar los fenómenos urbanos existentes, los espacios generadores de apropiación y en comprender la relación del ser humano con el paisaje construido y el natural, viendo los atributos del lugar como una oportunidad para generar una propuesta asertiva enfatizando la realidad de Combia. Sin duda alguna las problematicas urbanas y sociales de Combia, son la premisa fundamental para el proyectar. Estas han sido vistas como una oportunidad, la lectura de los antecedentes en la apropiación del espacio y las dinámicas económicas, pues permitirán dar pautas para generar proyectos de alto impacto, que no solo cumplan una actividad programática sino sean un tejer de ciudad y así mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas, fortalecer las relaciones sociales inclusivas, promover la conservación del medio ambiente y el tema más esencial, promover la inversión del estado en los sectores agrícolas promisorios, fortaleciendo la capitalización del corregimiento y poder generar proyectos turísticos sostenibles. ABSTRACT:This article is one of the results of an investigation about the migration of part of the rural population of the corregimiento of Combia, according to the DANE census of 2005 to the urban area of the municipality of Pereira. The research focuses on analyzing the socio-cultural and economic dynamics in order to identify the existing urban phenomena, the generating spaces of appropriation and in understanding the relationship of the human being with the built and natural landscape, seeing the attributes of the place as an opportunity to generate an assertive proposal emphasizing the reality of Combia. Undoubtedly the urban and social problems of Combia, are the fundamental premise for the project.
