Vivienda emergentePráctica Empresarial ( Arquitectura), Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2009Resumen: La realidad habitacional en nuestro país, representa una serie de problemáticas, que está haciendo que el indispensable y anhelado sueño de una vivienda propia se convierta en una utopía cada vez más lejana; puesto que las personas de bajos recursos están sufriendo las inclemencias de los desastres, tanto naturales como aquellos cotidianos como la violencia o la pobreza, que suman cada día mas cifras a las tasa de déficit. Por tanto en este documento se hace una propuesta de vivienda emergente, que brinde soluciones eficaces, ante todo en términos de tiempo (inmediatez), para mitigar las problemáticas de la vivienda, haciendo énfasis en proporcionarlas en caso de emergencia, pero que aplica para todos lo casos, y con sus etapas progresivas pueda utilizarse según los requerimientos de las circunstancias, donde los mismos usuarios son los interventores de su proyecto, para así crear la pertenencia necesaria, para que el proyecto cobre vida en la misma aceptación social, formando / Abstract: Living reality in our country, represents a series of problems, making this the indispensable and cherished a dream of home ownership becomes an increasingly distant dream, given that poor people are suffering from the elements of disaster both natural and those daily as violence and poverty, amounting to more and more figures at the rate of deficit.
