Corredor ambiental, paisajístico y turístico rio OtúnPráctica Empresarial ( Arquitectura), Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño, Pereira, 2010Resumen: En el presente informe de práctica se encuentra plasmado el análisis correspondiente al desarrollo Urbanístico de la Unidad de Planificación siete (7) ubicada en el sector norte del municipio de Pereira y enmarcada en gran parte por el tramo urbano del río Otún. Dicha Unidad cuenta con un gran potencial ambiental, paisajista y turístico, el cual no ha sido debidamente exaltado hasta el momento ni tenido en cuenta como elemento articulador en la construcción de ciudad, ya que las construcciones asentadas en la zona le han dado ”la espalda” al componente hídrico que bordea la zona, situación que ha sido cómplice en la generación de impactos ambientales asociados principalmente al manejo inadecuado de residuos sólidos, destinando al río como receptor de éstos elementos. / Abstract: In this work experience’s report is wrote down information about the analysis for the Urban Development Planning Unit seven (7) located in the northern sector of the municipality of Pereira and framed largely by the urban stretch of the river Otún. This unit has great potential environmental, landscape and tourism, which has not been properly, exalted so far not taken into account as an articulator in the construction of the city.
