In this research an analysis was performed to the company NICOLE S.A. which belongs to the clothing industry and that due to its experience, offered the necessary tools to carry out this investigation.El entorno y proceso administrativo de las organizaciones determinan factores importantes para su desarrollo y competencia; estos se ven reflejados en las decisiones y estrategias que cambian el rumbo de las compañías, trayendo beneficios tales como optimización de recursos, reducción de costos y un mejor clima laboral, dependiendo del tipo de organización y los bienes a disposición.
