The target of this research was to explore an easy way to learn based on cooperation and collaboration between students. We realized tests in the programming courses by dividing the group in two subgroups based on some determined parameters. We conclude that the results bring a special light to consider as important inside the learning process of engineers so the experience could be very useful in other engineering programs and other areas.

We conclude that the results bring a special light to consider as important inside the learning process of engineers so the experience could be very useful in other engineering programs and other areas.El presente artículo expone los resultados de una metodología utilizada durante varios años en cursos de programación de computadores, en los cuales se lograron articular las características individuales de los estudiantes en pro del benefi cio colectivo de microgrupos que, bajo ciertos parámetros, se conformaron para potencializar el proceso de aprendizaje de la programación, dentro del marco de formación de Ingenieros de Sistemas. El propósito de la investigación fue el de explorar un camino para lograr que, a partir de la cooperación y colaboración entre estudiantes con diferentes perfi les de rendimiento académico, se posibilitara un aprendizaje más expedito de los fundamentos de la programación de computadores. Se realizaron pruebas con grupos de la asignatura Programación II que se dividió en dos subgrupos, con caracterización y conformación de acuerdo con unos parámetros defi nidos. Los resultados obtenidos permiten inferir conclusiones importantes dentro del proceso de formación de ingenieros, al punto de que la experiencia podría extrapolarse a otros programas, tanto de Ingeniería como de otras áreas.Este artigo expõe os resultados de uma metodologia utilizada durante vários anos em cursos de programação de computadores, nos quais as características individuais dos alunos foram articuladas em favor do benefício coletivo de microgrupos que, sob certos parâmetros, foram conformados pra potencializar o processo de aprendizagem de programação, no âmbito do treinamento de Engenheiros de Sistemas. O objetivo da pesquisa foi explorar uma maneira de alcançar, a partir da cooperação e colaboração entre os alunos com diferentes perfi s de desempenho acadêmico, uma aprendizagem mais rápida dos fundamentos da programação de computadores. Os testes foram realizados com grupos do sujeito Programação II que foi dividido em dois subgrupos, com caracterização e conformação de acordo com parâmetros definidos.
