APOYO EN EL DESARROLLO DE REQUERIMIENTOS Y CORRECCIÓN SOBRE INCIDENCIAS REPORTADAS EN LA EMPRESA INDRA COMPANYSoftwareSoftwareDesarrolloDevelopmentIncidenciasIncidenceRequerimientosRequirementsMonografía (Ingeniería en Sistemas y Telecomunicaciones), Facultad de Ciencias Básicas e Ingeniería, Pereira, 2022.Indra Company S.A., es una empresa multinacional española que ofrece servicios de consultoría sobre transporte, defensa, energía, telecomunicaciones, servicios financieros; así como servicios al sector público, cuenta con varias sedes en Colombia hace más de 20 años.La práctica profesional se realizó en la seccional de la ciudad de Pereira, la cual se encuentra el Delivery Center (Centro de producción de Software) en el cual se desarrollan diferentes proyectos de programación, debido a la gran cantidad de proyecto que demanda la empresa se necesitan del apoyo de nuevos practicantes para realizar y cumplir con todos los proyectos propuesto y a la vez dicho trabajadores adquirir nuevos conocimientos en esta área.El principal objetivo de esta práctica fue el de brindar soporte con el proyecto GESTCON, el cual es un proyecto para la empresa de energía de Pereira, la tarea principal fue apoyar el proceso de desarrollo y así realizar algunas mejoras o cambios para que el proyecto saliese bien, así mismo, teniendo en cuenta las capacitaciones y opiniones de los instructores o tutores principales del proyecto.Por último, en la parte final de la práctica se obtuvo la participación en diferentes capacitaciones en las que se adquirieron diferentes conocimientos, en la modificación y realización de algunos módulos de programación, las cuales siempre beneficiaron ambas partes. Abstract:Indra Company, S.A., is a Spanish multinational company that offers consulting services on transportation, defense, energy, telecommunications, financial services; as well as services to the public sector, it has several offices in Colombia for more than 20 years.The professional practices were carried out in the section of the city of Pereira, which is the Delivery Center (Software Production Center) in which different programming projects are developed, due to the large number of projects that the company demands. of the support of new practitioners to carry out and comply with all the proposed projects and at the same time said workers acquire new knowledge in this area.The main objective of this practice was to provide support with the GESTCON project, which is a project for the Pereira energy company, the main task was to support the development process and thus make some improvements or changes so that the project comes out. Well, likewise, taking into account the training and opinions of the main instructors or tutors of the project.
